✅ Returns & Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We accept returns and exchanges on items that:
- are not personalized, not custom-made, and not clearance or sale items
- are in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags (if any), and in the original packaging
- are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note:
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs plus any shipping costs required to send an item for exchange.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
To start a return, please contact us at support@camdoorus.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
❌ Non-returnable Items
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
🔁 Replacements
If we made a personalization error on your order that was our fault, we’ll happily replace the personalized item for you free of charge.
However, we do not replace items that were incorrectly engraved or personalized due to buyer error.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:
- your item is defective or damaged
- you received the wrong item
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved:
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund officially posts.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.
- If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@camdoorus.com.
Force Majeure / Undeliverable Packages
Please note, we will issue a refund for the product only (shipping costs will be deducted) in the following cases:
- The customer was unavailable during delivery.
- The customer provided an invalid phone number or email address.
- The package was returned to us or utilized by the postal service for the above reasons.
If a customer refuses a package without providing a reason, and the package is subsequently returned or destroyed, we are not responsible for any costs incurred.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:
- Your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags (if any), and in the original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
